Newborn Care Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy Applies to In-person Appointments Only

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel an in-person appointment more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel an in-person appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied to your reservation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, but our cancellation policy is in place to ensure consideration of our newborn care specialist, who take the time to prepare for your appointment.
